Section 1: Key Participants (other participants must be added in Section 2)

While there is no limit on team size, including the NPA, a minimum of key participants is required. Applicants are strongly encouraged to develop a diverse and equitable team. Note that an individual can fulfill multiple key participant roles as indicated in the funding opportunity. However, although multiple participants can be added to the application for each of the roles, only one (1) individual per row should be identified as a Key Participant in the Participant Table. Any additional individuals should be added in the second section of the Participant Table.

Key participants must be clearly identified in this section. If a participant fulfills multiple eligibility requirements, repeat the name of this participant on the appropriate rows. The ‘Expertise and Experience’ box should be used for a brief description of what the participant brings to their role on the application. If a participant holds multiple roles, this description can vary for each role. All participants listed in this section must submit a CV (CIHR Biosketch CCV or Applicant Profile CV).
